Guest Book Review: The Operator By Robert O’Neill

The Operator: Firing the Shots that Killed Osama bin Laden and My Years as a SEAL Team Warrior Hardcover – April 25, 2017

The following is a guest book review by Jeanne Klier Storch  *****

I wasn’t sure what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised by the writing, which was quite straightforward, perfect for the story of an ordinary US citizen with SEAL’s training who has had an extraordinary career, and lived to tell about it!

I’m concerned about the controversy surrounding Rob’s compensation (or lack thereof) from the government/military, as I know he’s been criticized for writing this book.

How sad. He comes across as being truthful and is obviously a dedicated American.  I’m reminded of the proverb: “No good deed goes unpunished.” Seems fitting.
