New York (Storch Report) — The top half of the unisex anatomy is yet to be totally covered to look like a liberal seeking to be, at a premium price, something they are not.
These are the dirty jeans at price of, $425, Nordstrom’s, that I think go well with the destroyed sneakers $1,425 Nieman Marcus, above, on the way to looking like someone that works underground.
The missing part of the ensemble is a designer dirty emboldened shirt with built in polyester embedded dirt and a a beat-up hard hat with distressed scratched marks and dents, both with designer labels at prices that are in line with the lower anatomy. The last two items as I describe them are most likely in development and if they are not they should be.
The sneakers are described by Nieman Marcus as “destroyed high tops, white/yellow made by Maison Margiela deconstructs their ‘future’ high top sneaker with heavy distressing. The tops are leather and textile upper with round toe, lace up front with side lace guards. A logo patch at tongue.”
Now the pants by Nordstrom’s are described as, “Heavily distressed medium-blue denim jeans in comfortable straight-leg fit embody rugged, American work wear that’s seen some hard-working action with a crackled, caked-on muddy coating that shows you’re not afraid to get down and dirty.”
The pricing for the shirt and hard hat, which is under development by some designer group, has been sent to the Congressional Budget Office(CBO) for pricing and they estimate the hard hat with dents and scratches to be priced out at $1,000 and the dirty shirt to be $250 for a total outfit and a French bath, a Zeno perfume spritz at $1,000 to be $3,100.
After work the gender neutral ditch digger might go to the 21 Club in New York for a hamburger on his expense account.
