As a pacifist who was against war but turned into a killer as Commander in Chief, President Obama always seems to level his own playing field with failure.
As the chief spokesperson for the United States he seems to make excuses for us when on foreign soil. We as a nation do not seem to live up to his Marxists’ values and he more readily identifies with European values.
I personally am not sorry for that, I am more disturbed for the people of this nation that blindly put this man in an office he was not qualified to hold. And, his performance has demonstrated that.
The teleprompter was not far away, and the mike on the podium was on at the G20 meeting in Cannes and two world leaders, oblivious to their surroundings which in itself is hard to believe, one from France the other from the United States were recorded over an an open mike trashing the leader of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu.
Now for some reason Obama and Israel have not hit it off very well from the get go. In fact Obama seems to be creating a greater chasm between our two countries and he seemed to cement that with his off the record, but on the tape, conversation with French President Nicholas Sarkozy.
Sarkozy said to Obama, I can’t ‘stand’ Benjamin Netanyahu, he is a ‘liar’. Obama responds by saying, “You’re fed up with him? I have to deal with him every day.”
Well, if this is not a revealing disclosure based upon Obama’s previous policies, comments and frigid behavior to Netanyahu and Israel, the only ally we have in the Middle East, I don’t know how much more one country can say to another without saying the obvious to their face, which may very well have happened.
This conversation between Obama and Sarkozy, who Obama has also insulted on several occasions, came about as Obama criticized Sarkozy for not warning him that France would be voting in favor of the Palestine membership bid in UNISCO, despite the White House’s strong opposition to the move.
As we can now see communications and transparency by Obama across the pond is not much better than what it is here, despite the president’s promises.
