The use of the word ‘gang’ followed by the word ‘deal’ endorsed by the name ‘Obama’ spells ‘trouble.’
This is the time for the GOP to hang tough, or it will fail to do the job it was sent to congress to do and if it doesn’t do what the people sent them there to do they won’t be there tomorrow.
Any bill that promises wishes for tomorrow that is not locked into actionable deeds at a specified time is worthless in today’s political framework. And any bill that gives Obama what he wants, based upon his track record to date, is a path to peril for the nation.
No one knows where today’s political hacks will be tomorrow and we the people have been left with promises that have not been fulfilled by the administrations’ politicians of today.
Yes, Joe the Plumber was right when he questioned Obama, the candidate, about wealth redistribution. It sure clogged Obama’s pipes at the time.
Today a ‘Gang of Six’ , circa Jessie James, plan was endorsed by President Obama and you know if he likes it, it can’t be good for the nation – after all nothing else he has endorsed worked.
Obama who now appears before reporters almost daily, says about the gang deal, which he hasn’t read, “We now have a bipartisan group of senators who agree with that balanced approach and we’ve got the American people who agree with that balanced approach.”
Obama keeps pushing this American people approach to taxes with out proof and touting an approval rating of 42%, hardly believable rhetoric.
According to the Washington Times, “The Gang of Six blueprint is similar in scope to Obama’s push for a ‘grand bargain’ debt deal that would cut spending by more than $4 trillion over 10 years. To accomplish this the plan would raise taxes on corporations and wealthy individuals by $1 trillion.”
A Democrat Rep Raul M. Grijalva of Arizona said, “This terrible plan could cut Medicare and Medicaid to unsustainably low levels and put seniors’ well-being at risk.”
Sen. Jeff Sessions of Alabama, the senior Republican on the Senate Budget Committee, said, “Taxes would dampen the economy and provide an excuse for lawmakers to continue wasteful spending.”
The words alone don’t work: gang, deal, Obama. Sounds like Chicago.

I certainly believe this as well. This is a time for great concern. I never felt this worried about our future in this country as I do now.
