The midterm elections are a few days away and it is time for Americans to vote, not for their party of choice, nor for their candidates of choice based upon party affiliation , but for the candidates that will uphold the Constitution no matter party affiliation.

For once,  perhaps, in our lifetime, it is necessary for we the  people of America to put the values of our forefathers and their foresight in the development of the constitution, without their knowledge then of what technology might bring to the communications process of today, to restore what has been damaged in a short period of time by the progressive movement of the Obama Administration to devalue the tenants of our being, as a nation.

Yes, it is simple, the check and balance of our Democracy, must be restored by changing the balance of the Congress to the party that opposes progressives, redistribution of wealth and the destruction of capitalism.

At no time in my lifetime has there been a more important time for we the people to send a message to Washington that we don’t like the way in which the current leadership is taking this country.

The change that was promised was not the change that President Obama had promised, but didn’t mean.  And the people know that today, not by rhetoric, but by actions and polices, that he was not transparent then, anymore than promising transparency when he was elected President.

His blame for his actions is based upon his inheritance, but his actions have not provided resolutions to what he allegedly inherited, despite the fact his party had control of the Congress for four years before he took office, but failed to successfully address  the economy through stimulus plans, jobs nor socialistic policies such as health care reform, none of which  resonated with we the people.  Obama promised transparency and all we see is a cloudy vision of one with cataracts.

No, he is not the Messiah he thought he was and many others believed him to be.

Now is the time for the people to send a message to bring us back to the values of the constitution.

I am a cynical journalist on the basis of what I have seen on the grass roots of corrupt local government and to the extent that it transcends to national politics.

The campaigns of this midterm election and the behavior of both parties and their ads demonstrates, crookedness, deception, deviousness, lies and a lack of transparency, on both sides and all of these actions by our so called leaders travels from that grass root level to the White House.

We deserve better. The crooks and some of the good guys work for us and we should never forget this.

So in this election that will take place on Nov. 2, let us not vote for a party, for individuals of both are corrupt, let’s vote for returning the constitution to we the people.
