President Obama, again made a mockery of his pledge to be ‘accountable and transparent’ in his recess appointment, bypassing the Senate, of Dr. Donald Berwick to run Medicare and Medicaid, a physician whose philosophy is simpatico with Obama’s in rationing patient care and redistributing wealth from the richer among us to the poorer.
