“I loved him,” Jamie Jungers told Meredith Vieria on the Today Show this morning, explaining how she was one of more than 12 paramours of Tiger Woods, but, she said, “I got nothing out of this relationship but a broken heart.”
Jungers said she came forward to correct the falsehoods that she was paid for sex by Woods and that he paid for a liposuction procedure. “None of that is true,” she said.
She said she met Woods in 2005 at a Las Vegas nightclub after a VIP host told her that ‘Tiger would like to meet me.”
According to Jungers they spent the evening drinking at the night club and later left in Woods limo to go back to his hotel with his entourage where there was more drinking.
She said she spent the night with Tiger and left the following morning at which time he called her and said he would love to continue seeing me. “He gave me his cell phone number, but told me not to put a name alongside the number in my cell.”
Jungers said the affair went on for a year-and-a-half and began shortly after Woods married Elin Nordegren.
She said she had a crush on Tiger for years and, “I was excited and honored.”
Jungers spent time in Tiger’s home when Elin wasn’t there. “He would fly me out,” she said.
When asked how Woods could keep these affairs so secret, Jungers said, “I truly don’t know, we were in public places and pictures were taken.”
She said she was not a hooker and had never been paid for sex, denying reports that she worked as an escort for a Hollywood madam.
Jungers said, “There always will be a place in my heart for Tiger.”
