A reasonable amount of time has passed since the carnage at Fort Hood – 13 Dead, 28 wounded – by the alleged shooter Major Malik Nadal Hasan, a devout Muslim – but not a word of compassion, or denouncement of the act has come from the Muslim community in the United States.
