Battle Hymn

It was only yesterday that we were talking about President Obama and his ‘sleeper movement of radical infiltration’ and today a video surfaces of elementary school children in Burlington New Jersey singing campaign slogans and praise for “Barack Hussein Obama”

It is a twilight zone flash-back to a period that we thought was long behind us when children in Germany were singing and praising the deeds and the slogans of Adolph Hilter and his Nazi party.

How did this happen?  Who was behind it?  Was it approved by the school system? Is this America?

The video shows some 20 very young children being led in song repeatedly chanting Obama campaign slogans and praise for our president.  The first song was directly from the spiritual, “Jesus Loves the Little Children,” though Jesus’ name is replaced with Obama’s.  It is worth reviewing the lyrics of these songs to see the depth of infiltration this administration is willing to go to deliver and ingrain a message:

Mmm, mmm, mm!
Barack Hussein Obama

He said that all must lend a hand
To make this country strong again
Mmm, mmmm mm!
Barack Hussein Obama

He said that we must be fair today
Equal work means equal pay
Mmm, mmm,mm!

He said that we must take a stand
To make sure everyone gets a chance
Mmm, mmm, mm!
Barack Hussein Obama

He said red, yellow, black or white
All are equal in his sight
Mmm, mmm, mm!
Barack Hussein Obama

Yes!
Mmm, mmm,mm
Barack Hussein Obama

Now this is song one, there’s more to come.  Imagine this taking place in our school systems when there is debate going on about pledging allegiance to the American Flag or God forbid, saying a prayer?  It sounds as though we are anointing the Messiah.  Or, has he already been self-anointed?

The second song our children in New Jersey learned was to the tune of the ‘Battle Hymn of the Republic”.  Now how is this for taking liberty with our liberties?

Hello, Mr. President we honor you today!
For all your great accomplishments, we all doth say “hooray!”

Hooray, Mr. President! You’re number one!
The first black American to lead this great nation!

Hooray, Mr. President, we honor your great plans
To make this country’s economy number one again!

Hooray, Mr. President, we’re really proud of you!
And we stand for all Americans under the great Red, White, and Blue!

So continue – Mr, President we know you’ll do the trick
So here’s a hearty hip-hooray . . .

Hip, hip hooray!
Hip, hip hooray!
Hip, hip hooray!

Well if I didn’t know better I would have thought these lyrics were written by the President himself, for it has all of the self aggrandizement he displayed in his speeches before the UN General Assembly this week.

But no, it was written by a classmate of Barack Hussein Obama at Harvard, Charisse Carney-Nunes, an activist and author of the children’s book “I Am Barack Obama,” which her Web site says “allows children to see themselves through the inspirational story of President Obama.”

She apparently has been promoting the book during visits to schools on the east coast.  And a seed took hold, in of all places – but I’m not surprised – my home state, New Jersey.  Now in looking at her bio it says her professional background includes law, science and education policy, and diversity initiatives.  Now it was that ‘diversity’ word that caught my attention again.  Remember in yesterday’s column we talked about Mark Lloyd who is Obama’s new ‘Diversity’ Czar who calls free speech a distraction and calls Hugo Chavez a fan and is a disciple of Saul Alinsky, and oh, you don’t want me to go there again.

Well, how did this all happen? It’s confusing the hell out of the superintendent of schools in Burlington who said the taping was unauthorized and he didn’t know whether the lesson – taught during Black History Month – was approved.

Having lived in New Jersey a good part of my life, and covered the State as a journalist, I find this statement plausible, but not acceptable.

Reactions from the folks in town, was as you might expect, ‘disturbing.’  Oh, Christopher M. Manno, superintendent of the Burlington Township School District said in a statement to parents, “The recording and distribution of the class activity were unauthorized.”  Does that mean that the lesson plan and the songs were authorized?

Now we don’t know the teacher involved in the initiative; but there is more to this story than what meets the eye.

There is a time line to this story that no one has reported on to date.  According to the author of the propaganda songs, Carney-Nunes the program had been filmed in June of ’09 as part of a Father’s Day Tribute to President Obama.

She said, “The kids made up songs on their own.”

These children, barely out of kindergarten, made up words such as: ‘all must lend a hand to make this country strong again”, or ‘equal work means equal pay’ or, ‘we must take a stand to make sure everyone gets a chance’  and how about this one, ‘we honor your great plans to make this country’s economy number one again?’

Interesting to note, the video was posted on September 6, two days before Obama made an address to the nation’s schoolchildren with a modified lecture from the lesson plan originally distributed by the White House.

However, on August 10, 2009, there was a conference call hosted by the National Endowment of The Arts, the White House of Public Engagement and United We Serve which called for a nationwide initiative launched by Obama to increase volunteerism and was directed to the Art community.  The message that was delivered during this conference call, that involved some 75  artists, musicians, writers, poets and others, was to encourage them to create works of art in their respective fields related to health care, energy and the environment – “to plant the seed.”

With Obama one must watch the bouncing ball, connect the dots that lead to subtle radical infiltration and not try to look through the foggy glass of his alleged transparency.
