Hillary eyeing a shot of Crown Royal

Whether it be dodging sniper bullets in Bosnia, firing elitist flack at Obama or having a shot and beer with the boys, Hillary Clinton comes off as phony as a Bill Clinton dollar bill.

It is interesting to hear an elitist calling an elitist an elitist.

After all wasn’t it Hillary that went to Wellesley, Yale law school, spent 8 years in the ivory tower of all ivory towers, the White House, and wants another turn at all cost, but in a different capacity, earned $109 million in seven years with husband Bill, is an Arkansas carpet bagger Senator from New York but has the gall to tell us she is middle class because her father came from Scranton and would like us to believe she is in touch with the people?

This lady is a kettle with all shades of white.

She insults the voter by thinking they are all as gullible as she would like them to be.

The lady has touched power and once this occurs entitlement is a foregone conclusion among the power brokers.

Now she is sounding righteous about the little people shooting guns out of frustration over their economic situation, but she was for gun control in 1999, and as for going to church — the last time she saw the inside of one, by her own admission, was Easter Sunday.

I guess she’s not as frustrated as most over the economy, and she wouldn’t admit to the last time she shot a gun — I wouldn’t be either if I earned $109 million in the last seven years.

But she sure did sound like a nagging lady . . . just imagine her in the White House? “Bill you didn’t take out the garbage and you left the cap off the tooth paste again.”

Now Obama has just about had enough, “You know, there’s been a lot of talk in this campaign lately about who’s in touch with the workers of Pennsylvania. Sen. Clinton and Sen. McCain seem to be singing from the same hymn book, saying that I’m “out of touch” — an elitist — because I said a lot of folks are bitter about their economic circumstances.

“Now it may be that I chose my words badly. And it’s not the first time and it won’t be the last. But when I hear my opponents, both of whom have spent decades in Washington, saying I’m out of touch, it’s time to cut through their rhetoric and look at the reality.”

He then took a shot (not a Crown Royal) at Hillary, “Around election time, the candidates can’t do enough — they’ll promise you anything, they’ll give you a long list of proposals and even come around, with TV crews in tow, to throw back a shot and a beer,” he said with the last laugh.
